50’ Floating Villas

A stay in a floating villa is a fantastic experience with its large party deck, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 bath, flat screen TVs, stainless-steel, full-size appliances, washer/dryer, and granite countertops.

Seabrook Villas

These fully furnished waterfront seabrook villas have a variety of indoor and outdoor entertaining areas to choose from. Inside, the living area has a large flat screen TV, a queen size sofa sleeper, plus a sleeping loft for children. Our waterfront vacation rental kitchens has full-size stainless-steel appliances, washer/dryer, and granite countertops.

Waterfront Villas

These 800 feet villas features 3 bedrooms total; 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 with 2 twin beds. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and a large refrigerator. The living area has a large flat screen TV and a queen size sofa sleeper. A large outer, connecting deck features a gas grill.

The Bungalow

This 600 square foot cottage is perfect accommodations for a family or two couples. It is fully furnished with a large flat screen TV, a queen size sofa sleeper, plus a full-service adjoining kitchen. The Bungalow has a full-size bath, huge covered front porch, and a waterfront backyard.

Tiny Collection

The Tiny Collection units come in 2 different configurations, based on your needs. Both are 400 square feet with a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate master bedroom, sleeping loft, full size bath, and a cozy open-air deck to enjoy the view.

Vacation Rentals

For the ultimate camping experience, we have a double wide and several RV campers to rent that are 32’ and 26′. Many are waterside and have a wide range of amenities and layouts to meet your needs.

Rates and Reservations:
•  Rates are inclusive of curbside trash pick-up, electric, water and sewer
•   A&B unit pricing is standard for 4 people. C&D unit pricing is standard for 2 people.
•   $125 additional charge per month for additional persons ages 7+
•   Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
•   Payments with a credit card will receive an additional 2.75% processing fee for monthly stay or longer
•   Rates and rules are subject to change without notice
 
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
1. Daily Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
•   Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation start date will incur a $35 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
•   Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
2. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
•   Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
•   Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
3. Monthly Reservations: The first month’s payment is required in full as a deposit at the time of booking.
•   Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $595 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
•   Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.
4. Holiday/Event Reservations: A minimum stay of 3-nights is required on, but not limited to, the following holiday weekends and events:
New Years/New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas
All Carnival Weekends, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Cinco De Mayo, Kentucky Derby, French Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest, Bayou Boogaloo, and Essence Festival.
•   These reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
5. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.
 
Security Deposit Policies:
Daily and Weekly Rentals: A security deposit of $195 is required for all rentals for less than one month.
Monthly Rentals: A security deposit of $495 is required for all rentals one month or longer.
•   The security deposit is due at the time of the booking and will be refunded within 30 days after your departure,
     provided there is no damage to the property.
•   A valid credit card will be required to be kept on file for additional charges, in the event that damages exceed
     the amount of the security deposit.
•   By reserving a rental, you agree to these terms and authorize us to charge the card on file if necessary to cover any damages.
