• First month administrative fee of $19.95 applies
• * Electric is sub-metered at our cost plus a $4.00 meter reading or administrative charge
• The perfect place to store your boat, jet ski, trailer, vehicle, and RV
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
• Payments with a credit card will receive an additional 2.75% processing fee for monthly stay or longer
• Rates and rules are subject to change without notice

  Rates, Reservations, Cancellation and Refund Policies:

• Daily & Weekly – Reservation requires payment in full
• Monthly – Reservation deposit is the price of one month
• All stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation
• No refunds for early departures. 30-day move-out notice required. We do not pro rate upon move-out.
