Our Lake Pontchartrain marina comes with floating and fixed docks, along with over 40 boat slips available to accommodate both shallow and deep draft vessels. Slips come equipped with either 20, 30, and 50 Amp power options as well as water, cable TV, and the sewage station. Seabrook Marina tenants have full access to all New Orleans RV Resort & Marina amenities and services, such as: box lunches from the Lighthouse Bar and Grill, clean restrooms, and a fully-stocked foot mart. Although our New Orleans RV Resort & Marina is a gated community, marina tenants will have 24-hour access to their boat vessels.Dock Slips Equipped With:

Fee: $10 The boat launch at New Orleans RV Resort & Marina is the perfect place to park and launch your boat or jet ski. Enjoy a day of boating on the Seabrook harbor and return to enjoy the many amenities and services that we offer.

• NOLA Parking Tax of 3% shall apply
• All sites include one vehicle parking space in common area but does not apply to RVs, trucks, or trailers
• All sites are 20/30/50 amp and include water and cable
• Weekday pump outs are $14, weekend/emergency pump outs are $20
• Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus $4.00 meter reading or administrative charge
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
• Payments with a credit card will receive an additional 2.75% processing fee for monthly stay or longer
• Boat launch fee is $10
• Rates and rules are subject to change without notice
Rates, Reservations, Cancellation and Refund Policies:
• Daily – Reservation requires payment in full
Trip Protection is an additional 10% of the total reservation cost. Provides refund up until the day of arrival in the event of a cancellation
• Monthly – Reservation deposit of $95
Cancellation required at least 30 days prior to start date or deposit will be forfeited
• All stays are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless Trip Protection is purchased
Check-In and Check-Out
• Full payment, which is non-refundable due upon check-in
• To extend your stay, notify the office before 10:00 AM, subject to availability
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM
• All campers, guests and visitors must register, paying in full at the office upon arrival
