• Sales tax of 9.45% shall apply for stays of less than a 2-month commitment
• All sites are 30/50 amp and include water, sewer, and cable
• Free wifi access at pool and near Lighthouse Bar & Grill. Wifi access available at a cost
• Electric is sub-metered for monthly stays or longer at our cost plus a $4.00 meter reading or administrative charge
• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for daily, weekly, and monthly stays and all reservation deposits
• Payments with a credit card will receive an additional 2.75% processing surcharge fee for monthly stay or longer
• Trash pickup daily between 9:00AM to 12:00PM. Any trash left out after 12:00PM subject to additional fees
• Trash must be left at the end of the site
• Site and Site types are subject to availability and rates and rules are subject to change without notice
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
1. Daily Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the reservation start date will incur a $35 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
2. Weekly Reservations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 30 days before the reservation start date will incur a $95 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
3. Monthly Reservations: The first month’s payment is required in full as a deposit at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 60 days before the reservation start date will incur a $295 cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the full first month’s payment.
4. Holiday Reservations: A minimum stay of 3-nights is required on, but not limited to, the following holiday weekends and events:
New Years/New Year’s Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas,
All Carnival Weekends, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Cinco De Mayo, Kentucky Derby, French Quarter Fest, Jazz Fest, Bayou Boogaloo, and Essence Festival.
• Cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. No Refunds for Early Departures: Refunds will not be issued for early departures under any circumstances.
6. Trip Protection is an additional 10% of the total reservation cost. Provides refund up until the day of arrival in the event of a cancellation.
Check-In and Check-Out
• Full payment, which is non-refundable due upon check-in
• To extend your stay, notify the office before 10:00 AM, subject to availability
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM for campsites
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM for campsites
• One (1) camping unit and one (1) tow vehicle per campsite
• All campers, guests and visitors must register, paying in full at the office upon arrival
• Copies of driver’s licenses to be provided at check-in
